Care Services

Personal care

Our skilled carers are specifically trained to help service users with all aspects of personal care, including incontinence care, help with taking a bath/shower, correct usage of bathroom mobility equipment and dressing.

Communication with service users

Our carers have extensive training in communication, which involves understanding service users' disabilities, language challenges, interests, motivations, lifestyle, beliefs and expectations.

Medication management and administration

All of our carers have up-to-date medication administration training and will be able to collect the necessary prescription medication from the allocated pharmacy, administer medication according to the care plan and if necessary, dispose of the expired or unwanted medication accordingly.

Help with moving and handling in and around the house

Our highly trained professional carers will manage your mobility inside the house as well as around the house, using various mobility equipment if necessary.

Help with nutritional daily meal planning and preparation

Our carers will prepare and serve meals based on your preferences, dietary requirements and nutritional needs.

Outings and day trips

Our carers understand the importance of outings and day trips. Therefore, based on your preferences, regular outings to local parks, garden centres, festivals and theatres will be arranged. If you wish to stay at home, then our carers will plan your indoor activities, which will be discussed with you in thorough detail.

Household tasks

Our carers will perform light household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, washing up, drying laundry, changing bedding and ironing clothes.
